Q. What is the chief distinguishing factor in your Web hosting operation that separates it from the competition?


Our customers can have a real impact on our business and products with over 1,000 customer ideas and suggestions implemented to date. Using the feedback form within their control panel we receive hundreds every week and we read every single one of them, after all they are the people actually using the product so no one is better informed then they are.

Q. What are the Top 3 elements of your Web hosting company that your customers are most impressed with?

We provide 24x7x365 customer support with some of the quickest response rates you will find in hosting. We deal in minutes and not days. If a customer has a question or technical problem they know it will be solved promptly with minimal disruption to the running of their site.

Whilst many hosting companies have an online knowledge base few are as up-to-date or as detailed as ours. Our support team all have direct access to update it as well as targets to add new questions and answers regularly. We analyse the questions we receive from our customers and add them into the knowledge base. We know that our customers don’t want to contact support, they would much rather have the information available to them.

One of the lessons we have learned from our competitors is never to rest on your laurels. In the 12 years we have been in the hosting industry we have seen a lot of web hosts cut back their development budgets and allow their products to become stale. With literally dozens of upgrades, tweaks and new launches every month, we are determined never to fall in to that trap.
