Web hosting companies Website Source and SpeedFox were sold to Alentus Corporation in a deal handled by NCC.

May 1, 2008 - (TopHosts News Brief) Alentus Corporation has acquired Austin, TX-based shared Web hosting company Website Source, Inc. and SpeedFox, Inc., a dedicated hosting company.

Website Source and SpeedFox were represented by New Commerce Communications, Inc. (NCC) in the sale.

“We completed the acquisition in what we consider a quick timeframe,” said William King, Alentus Corporation CEO in a media release. “This is due to the faith of our lenders and the detailed information NCC provides to firms such as ours.”

President of NCC, Tom Millitzer, who orchestrated the sale for Website Source and SpeedFox, said that 14,000 clients were acquired in the deal representing $2.6M USD in annual revenue to Alentus.
